To
order, please use the button "Order Form" (as seen to left below). I
provide this form for you to fill in and send to my address
along with a cheque/postal order. I don't accept credit/debit
cards in order to keep my prices low and avoid security issues for you.
I also feel that the dear old cheque still has its place in
transactions, although there seem to be moves afoot to get rid of
cheques and rely on credit cards. I know many other people
would
regret the demise of the cheque, and on the principle of 'use it or
lose it', I wish to stick to the use of cheques for as long as I can. I
hope you agree.
I
will work hard to send your works of art to you safely and rapidly.
Existing customers may ring me or email with orders for even faster
receipt of their works of art, and send me the cheque by return. Please
make cheques payable to Claire Innocent.
Don't
forget
to include your name and address on the form. I suggest you
keep a copy of the form for your own reference.
Delivery
times for commissions may vary, according to the time taken to create
the item.
I
track most deliveries, and will contact you after you receive your
goods, so I am content you have received them safely. I hope
and
believe that you will be happy with your purchases, but in the case of
any problems, please feel free to contact me, and I will do my best to
sort the issue out. In the case of returns, the cost of
postage
is payable by the customer.
I
do not provide for sales outside the U.K. online, but may be able to
make private arrangements with customers abroad. Please
contact
me by email.
If, before I contact you,
there are
any problems with delivery or with your purchase, please feel free to

immediately and I will do my best to remedy the problem.

This site is bound by and complies with UK law. As such, all
sales are
a binding contract at the time of sale. All prices apply at
the
time of sale. Most items are unique, so there are no identical
stocks, although commissions for similar items may be negotiable.
The
only
details I keep about you are:- Name,
address, phone no.*,
email (if applicable)*, item(s) purchased, date of
purchase/order
details. (*This helps me contact you in case of any problems
and
to check your satisfaction with the goods.) This information
will
be kept by me on paper only, securely and confidentially for three
years, and
then destroyed.
Any
cookies that may appear on your computer will be a by-product of the
Internet process, and I will not use them to track you in any form.
